Give the results the the support representatives
There are three ways of giving the data to the support representatives. While talking with the support representatives in our "Live Chat" you can simply paste the data into the chat so they can review and it decide where to go from there. Secondly, you can create a new trouble ticket with the data inside of the trouble ticket. Lastly, you can send it to us at support AT light-speed DOT com.
