Login to your control panel and go to the manage section of your server (How to manage my server)

Click "Server Settings" on the top menu. Once the page loads, on the server setting page change the "Login Type" to "Server Password or user/password". Next enter in the password in the "Server Password" field. Next click "Save Settings and Restart Server" on the bottom of the page and your password will be all set.
